First team walk, take two
As Peter and Jo couldn’t join the planned first walk, I accompanied them on a 12 mile walk this weekend. Peter’s knee held out just fine, and Jo was a storming pacemaker! After the Alyesbury walk two weeks ago it took me 2 days to feel fully recovered, but I really wasn’t too bad the next morning.
The training is working!
